I’m Ivana Calligaris. For almost twenty years I’ve made flowers for weddings and events, working with what each season gives me.
A precious inheritance
I got my love of flowers from my grandmother Maddalena, who was already making beautiful gardens in 1950s Piedmont.
The taste for good food and wine comes from my other grandmother, Santina, from Friuli.
Translating love into flowers
To me flowers say something about the people who receive them. Once, a couple thanked me with a line I’ve kept ever since: “You translated us into flowers.” It stuck.
